Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.
For custom products, production begins only after the final drawing has been approved and signed by the customer.
Shipping Methods
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted shipping carriers. The shipping method will be selected based on product size, weight, and delivery address:
-Express Courier (e.g., DHL or equivalent) – Available for additional fees, depending on product dimensions.
-Freight Carrier (Truck Delivery) – Used for oversized or heavy range hoods.
-Local or Specialized Carriers – Arranged when required for remote areas or special delivery conditions.
All shipments are professionally packaged to help prevent damage during transit.

Available for most locations within the contiguous United States.
-Additional shipping charges may apply for the following regions:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Remote or limited-access areas. Shipping fees for these regions are calculated based on package size, weight, and delivery distance.
Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)
For deliveries within the United States, applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are covered by FOBEST.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by the destination country. Shipping costs and transit times vary by location.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Delivery timelines and costs depend on product specifications and destination. Please contact our customer service team for a quotation.
Lead Time
Custom Products Lead times begin from the date the final approved drawing is signed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.

-Transit time: approximately 20–25 business days
-Total estimated delivery time: 40–50 business days
Expedited Shipping Option
-Production time: approximately 20–25 business days
-Transit time: approximately 5–10 business days
-Total estimated delivery time: 25–35 business days
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Deliveries are made by reliable carriers. For custom orders, delivery is typically curbside. Customers are responsible for arranging unloading, placement, and installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Remote areas may require additional transit time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately. Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the package carefully.
If damage is visible:
