❖CUSTOM PRODUCTS ORDER PROCESSING
After receiving order, professional customer service will send you an email including the detailed CAD drawings of your custom range hood or sink for production approval. Once we get your approval, we will start the production within 24 hours and expect to finish production within 4-5 weeks. We will send the finished product photos to you for approval before shipping. Once we ship it out, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.
❗Note: All products including in-stock products, will not be shipped without your approval, so please reply to our confirmation email ASAP.
❖CUSTOM PRODUCTS PACKAGE METHOD
Secured by reinforced Styrofoam and heavy duty plywood crates, all the goods would be delivered to the destination in perfect condition. Fobest make every effort to ensure the perfections of each custom masterpiece and shipping without any damage.
