At Fobest Appliance, we aim to provide a clear and transparent ordering experience for all custom range hoods. Please review the steps below:
1. Create an Account
You may create an account on our website before placing your order. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is entered accurately to avoid delays during checkout.
2. Select Your Custom Range Hood
Browse our collection and choose the custom kitchen hood that best fits your project. On the product page, select your preferred specifications such as size, finish, ventilation option, mounting type, and other available features.
3. Add to Cart and Checkout
After confirming your selections, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Please carefully review all details before completing your purchase.
4. Order Confirmation & Drawing
Once your order is successfully placed, we will prepare a detailed technical drawing (CAD) based on your selected specifications. The drawing will typically be sent to you within 1 business day for review and approval.
5. Design Approval
Production will begin only after you have reviewed and approved the final drawing. This step ensures that all specifications match your requirements before manufacturing starts.
6. Production & Quality Check
Your custom range hood will be manufactured according to the approved drawing. After completion, we will conduct a quality inspection.
7. Final Product Photos
Before shipment, we will provide photos of the finished product for your reference and confirmation.
8. Shipping & Tracking
Once the product is ready and confirmed, we will arrange shipment to the address provided at checkout. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including estimated delivery information.
