Orders are processed within one (1) business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.
For custom products, production begins only after the final drawing has been approved and signed by the customer.

Shipping Methods
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted shipping carriers. The shipping method will be selected based on product size, weight, and delivery address:
-Express Courier (e.g., DHL or equivalent) – Available for additional fees, depending on product dimensions.
-Freight Carrier (Truck Delivery) – Used for oversized or heavy range hoods.
-Local or Specialized Carriers – Arranged when required for remote areas or special delivery conditions.
All shipments are professionally packaged to help prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs
-Free Standard Shipping
Available for most locations within the contiguous United States. 
-Additional shipping charges may apply for the following regions:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Remote or limited-access areas. Shipping fees for these regions are calculated based on package size, weight, and delivery distance.

For deliveries within the United States, applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are covered by FOBEST.

Lead Time
Custom Products Lead times begin from the date the final approved drawing is signed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.

Tracking & Delivery
