All returns must be authorized prior to shipment, please follow the return policy below to be eligible for returns.

For All Thor Kitchen Appliances:

Damaged Products:

1.Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the goods with three clear photos of the damaged item and packaging at ( info@fobestappliance.com ).Our professional customer service team will do a series of quick damage assessments (Repair, Exchange, Return) and fully assist you with the specific process.

2.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3.Your item must be in the original packaging.

4.Your item must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Quality Issues:

1.Goods with quality problems can only be exchanged (no return or refund)

2.In the event of any quality problem of products, Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the goods with three clear photos of the item and packaging at ( info@fobestappliance.com ). Our professional customer service team will fully assist you with the exchange process.

3.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4.Your item must be in the original packaging.

For All Custom Products:

Due to the particularity of customized products, customized products are NON-returnable.

In terms of the nature of copper and stainless steel products, any patina, tarnish or color change that may occur in the product is normal and not covered by our insurance. Since our products are purely handmade, there may be slightly differences in patina, color and texture, and we do not consider product differences as defects and are not eligible for return.

❖NON-Returnable

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products of any kind
  • Any item that has been altered or installed
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition
  • Any item that is not in its original packaging
  • Any item without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

❖How to Return an Item

Please be sure to open the package and check it carefully for any damage within the first time you receive the item. If there is any damage to the item in transit, please specify the detailed damage with the shipping company at the time of delivery and reject the damaged goods.

Please keep the original packaging. Products without the original packaging cannot be returned.

To make a claim, please email us and clarify claim information with three clear photos of the damaged item and packaging at ( info@fobestappliance.com ) within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our professional customer service team will fully assist you with the specific process.

❖Refund

Any of the following situations will require an additional fee, which will be deducted from your final refund:

  • Returned without authorization
  • Returned to the wrong address
  • Returned in resalable condition

We will inform you the returning status as soon as we confirm that the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Once it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We charge a flat fee of 20% of the original purchase price for all returned products.

❖Return Shipping Cost

  • If the goods received are damaged or incorrect, we will bear the shipping charges.
  • Return shipping fee due to consumers' own reasons should be borne by customers.(Based on the dimension of the specific product and shipping address.) 

❖Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing will be charged a 3% transaction fee.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a minimum transaction fee of 10%, without exception.
  • After 48 hours, all orders will not be eligible for cancellation.

❖Warranty

From the date of purchase, the following warranty are provided:

  • The lifetime warranty for copper hood cover
  • The lifetime warranty for stainless steel hood cover
  • 2–year limited warranty for the hood liner/insert
  • 10–year limited warranty for the motor/blower
  • 1-year limited warranty for the copper kitchen sink

This warranty does not cover the following situations

  • Products beyond the warranty period
  • Products that have been improperly installed, misused, or failed to comply with operating instructions due to accident or other reasons.
  • Damage to products caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, flood, earthquake or fire.
  • In terms of the nature of copper and stainless steel products, any patina, tarnish or color change that may occur in the product is normal and not covered by our warranty.

Note: The policies in this section apply only to merchandise purchased using www.fobestappliance.com. We are unable to accept returns purchased in any retail store or any other website.
